This is emotional training.
·
We work with emotions, thought patterns, relational dynamics and nervous system responses.
·
Until your reactions become choices.
You might recognise this:
– You understand your triggers — but still react faster than you want.
– You overthink conversations long after they end.
– You shut down in conflict.
– You say “it’s fine” when it isn’t.
– Your body goes into tension before your mind catches up.
– You repeat patterns in relationships you swore you’d change.
– You know a lot about emotions — but applying it is harder.
- Your memories sometimes become overwhelming.
·
If so, this is for you
It’s called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) — also known as tapping.
·
EFT combines elements of acupressure with principles from contemporary psychology.
·
Research shows it can significantly reduce cortisol levels, in some studies by up to 43% within an hour of practice.*
·
It helps lower emotional intensity and build new response patterns, so reactions gradually become choices.
·
EFT meets clinical research standards. In our work, however, we use it in a non-medical, non-therapeutic context — focused on emotional training and regulation.
·
It is well-researched and aligned with the current understanding of stress physiology and nervous system functioning.

What poeple say...
Hi, I’m Renata.
For most of my life, I worked in service-based roles. When I discovered EFT — a method that helped me regain physical and emotional balance after being diagnosed with a chronic illness — I decided to study it professionally so I could support others in a structured and grounded way.
·
I trained as an Emotional Coach and EFT Practitioner.
In my work, creating a safe space is essential — not only relationally, but also at the level of nervous system regulation. I guide sessions carefully, so that changes can be felt while maintaining balance and psychological safety.
·
EFT with me is not therapy and not a medical intervention. It is a structured method that can significantly improve your comfort in feeling, regulating, and responding to emotions.
This 45-minute call is structured and focused.
·
– 20 minutes — you share what’s bringing you here and what you would like to change.
– 5 minutes — I briefly explain how EFT works (if you haven’t used it before).
– 15 minutes — we do a short guided tapping experience together, so you can feel how the method works in practice.
·
The remaining time is for questions and deciding whether continuing together feels right.
·
There is no pressure and no obligation to book further sessions.
